Ці умови регулюють користування сайтом і грою Freelance OS. Встановлюючи гру або користуючись сайтом, ви погоджуєтеся з ними.
1. Ліцензія
Ми надаємо вам особисту, невиключну, безоплатну ліцензію на використання гри на ваших пристроях у некомерційних цілях. Гра й усі її матеріали (код, графіка, тексти, музика) належать donut.dev або використовуються за ліцензією.
2. Віртуальні цінності
Ігрові гроші, конекти, бонуси та інші віртуальні предмети не мають реальної грошової вартості, не обмінюються на гроші й не передаються іншим особам.
Якщо в грі є покупки, вони здійснюються через Google Play за його правилами, зокрема щодо повернення коштів.
3. Правила поведінки
Заборонено: змінювати, декомпілювати чи зламувати гру; використовувати чити, боти або вразливості; втручатися в роботу серверів; використовувати гру для незаконних цілей. У разі порушень ми можемо обмежити доступ до хмарних функцій гри.
4. Прогрес і доступність
Гра надається «як є». Ми постійно її покращуємо й можемо змінювати баланс, вміст і функції. Ми докладаємо зусиль, щоб зберегти ваш прогрес (локально й у хмарі), але не гарантуємо безперервної роботи сервісів.
5. Обмеження відповідальності
У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрату даних чи прибутку, повʼязані з користуванням грою або сайтом.
6. Сторонні сервіси
Гра й сайт використовують сервіси Google (Google Play, Firebase) та сервіс розсилок Buttondown. На них поширюються також їхні власні умови.
7. Зміни умов
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови. Нова редакція діє з дати, зазначеної вгорі сторінки. Якщо ви продовжуєте користуватися грою, це означає згоду з оновленими умовами.
8. Право й контакти

These terms govern your use of the Freelance OS website and game. By installing the game or using the website, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, free license to use the game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. The game and all its materials (code, art, text, music) belong to donut.dev or are used under license.
2. Virtual items
In-game money, connects, boosts and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to others.
Any in-game purchases are made through Google Play under its rules, including its refund policy.
3. Rules of conduct
You may not modify, decompile or hack the game; use cheats, bots or exploits; interfere with our servers; or use the game for unlawful purposes. If you break these rules, we may limit access to the game’s cloud features.
4. Progress and availability
The game is provided “as is”. We keep improving it and may change its balance, content and features. We do our best to keep your progress (locally and in the cloud) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from use of the game or website.
6. Third-party services
The game and website use Google services (Google Play, Firebase) and the Buttondown email service. Their own terms also apply.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the game means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law and contact
